职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、本科及以上学历，无机非金属材料相关专业，熟悉混凝土外加剂
2、具有外加剂厂、搅拌站实验室工作经验者优先，熟悉混凝土的配比、外加剂复配技术
3、熟练掌握混凝土的各种性能指标、规范要求及主要试验方法

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，从事过混凝土、外加剂试验研究或生产工作者优先
2、有独立思考能力，有创新探索精神
3、有良好的沟通能力，较强的团队合作精神
4、有较强的责任心，具亲和力，执行力，动手能力强

专业基础知识扎实，吃苦耐劳，认真负责，踏实爱学，社会应届均可。
