Based in Shenzhen, as one of Longway's Business Development Managers, you will get a one-week training on our services and marketing techniques first, before developing and managing your own Clients’ Portfolios. Any company importing products from Asia, typically high street retailers, promotional merchandise companies and importers of toys, textile or electronic products is your potential client.

Your Responsibilities

The missions you will be assigned will cover, but will not be limited to
- Identify, contact & prospect potential clients and turn them into clients;
- Manage your clients’ portfolio and ensure they use Longway's tools properly;
- Develop the revenue brought by your clients, for example by offering additional services or by encouraging them to use our services more frequently;
- Maintain clients’ satisfaction, in collaboration with Operations & Marketing teams;

The Skills We’re Looking For

- You have experience in at least one of the following fields
- Direct knowledge or experience of the inspection industry or of trade / manufacturing issues within Asia;
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Energetic and dynamic character, a winning attitude.
- Persistent and patient with good ability to close deals.
- Good business sense / learning potential.
- Entrepreneurial spirit / ability to work under pressure.
- Self motivated person.
- Knowledge of local culture and business practices.
- Fluent English; Korean or Japanese or German is a plus .
