This is a contractor role.

The final candidate will sign the labor contract with a third party.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire inquiry to order process, understand customer needs and requirements.
• Managing pipeline by generating report and analysis, organizing meeting and follow ups on a regular basis
• Supporting sales to handle RFQs by assisting in product selection, negotiating Ts&Cs, performing bidding document and etc.
• Building up and maintaining a document library for bidding requirement to provide sales team an up to date selling tools
• Assisting sales to achieve quarterly sales target by maintaining business relationships and forecast material planning
• Processing orders and provide customer service, complying with operational requirements by ensuring properly completed invoices
• Receiving customer complaint and resolving customer requests
• Supporting a learning culture by actively driving various CI activities

Requirements

• College Degree or above , minimum 3 year experience with related job scope
• Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, goal oriented
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Self motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and have a team mentality
• Positive can-do attitude
• Microsoft office skills, SFDC and/or SAP knowledge is a plus
