Role Summary/Purpose
Asia FP&A manager is responsible for overall planning and analysis of Asia Lighting business and partner with Asia CEO and CFO to drive KPIs performance including sales, cost, op profit and cash flow across Asia. The business has operation in Asia Pacific region across 12 countries.
Essential Responsibilities
• Provide financial analysis for a $200MM revenue business across 12 Asia Pacific countries
• Drive realization of financial targets by providing meaningful management analysis that supports decision making
• Develop tools and processes that aid in raising early warning flags on key challenges and issues that impact quarterly / plan results
• Lead development of pole operating plans, blueprints and Session 2 for Asia as well as weekly financial updates and quarterly estimates
• Run the pole operating rhythm, lead regular QMI / base cost review
• Drive cash flow analysis and profit loss estimates for Lighting Asia P&L on QMI/MOR
• Provide insights to product line profitability and work closely with peer to drive performance
• Track currency movements and engage in hedging strategy
• Provide leadership to team of direct reports & FMP to maximize team effectiveness
• Prepare monthly balance sheet estimates and selective account reconciliations for parent books as needed
• Identify and execute simplification and other projects impacting key operating metrics and delivering productivity for Asia Lighting
• Provide leadership as key Lighting Asia leadership team member to
o Support the business in evolving strategies for growth & profitability, co-ordinate with JV to explore growth opportunity in China as Board of Director
o Actively participate in monthly reviews with CFO and CEO, providing suggestions on how to meet financial targets
o Support team to develop medium & long term vision for Lighting business
Qualifications/Requirements
- University graduate in accounting or finance
- FMP, CAS graduate is a plus, regional experience a plus
- 10+ years of experience in accounting & finance and at least 3 years in management position
- Fluent (verbal and written) English and Mandarin

Desired Characteristics
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA. Leasing and/or consumer lending experience. Previous leadership roles. Green Belt Certification.
