Major Responsibilities:

-Drive purchase cost saving and achieve yearly saving target assigned by global.
-Provide overall supervisory to all indirect purchase operation and take lead role in coordinating with all engineering teams and other cross function teams.
-Daily supplier sourcing & price negation with supplier and then order placement in QAD
-Set up effective supplier sourcing & relationship management strategies & policies to maintain Win-Win ties with suppliers.
-Lead significant sourcing project and get it approved timely from global purchasing
-Supplier base optimization and sourcing justification control and management.
-Strictly follow AP indirect purchasing process and implement it well with engineering department.
-Good communication with plant end user and AP HQ to make entire purchasing process smoothly
-Contract register form management and renew contract timely before expiring

Key Competencies:

-Bachelor degree with good English communication capacity.
-At least 3~5 years procurement experience in foreign invested company and automotive industry is preferred.
-Excellent negotiation and strong communication skills.
-Deep understanding to indirect purchasing process and have the ability to support manager to improve the entire process.
-Must have ERP related experience and QAD experience is preferred.
-Be familiar with engineering purchasing such as Prototype, Tooling and fixture commodity.
-Team player, sense of responsibility and highly motivated.
-People Management Skills
-Fluent written and oral English
