Job Scope Coverage:

· Ferrero China has more than 24 offices distributed across China mainland with the China Head Quarter based at Shanghai.

· Ferrero China has more than 300 IT office users and 200 mobile devices users.

· Ferrero IT China responsible for IT infrastructure, applications systems, information security and IT process for Ferrero China.

Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Business Analyst & Consultancy

· IT BA needs to be proactively investigate the present business process and application systems used.

· IT BA needs to work with various business partners to understand business requirements and able to translate it into technical specifications.

· He or she shall apply the combine knowledge and expertise skills in business and ICT (Information & Communication Technology) to propose IT solutions to address the business needs and improve the business efficiency.

· Ensure local IT application system is aligned & comply with Corporate IT direction with the best interest to enable local business rapid growth.

2. Systems Support & Maintenance

· Ensure the application systems stability, BAU (Business As Usual) & Optimization.

· Hands on incident management and follows up of application systems issues.

· Ensure the incident is response and resolved within the SLA.

· Hands on systems upgrade & testing.

3. Vendor Management & Project Management

· As application system project lead to manage project scoping, development, implementation, users training & close-up.

· Work, coordinate, manage & leverage Corporate & local IT, Internal & external resources to accomplish the job to meet and over the expectations.

4. IT Processes & User Satisfaction Improvement

· Review /Build up standard IT applications IMAD internal process to improve on working efficiency

· Partner with IT Helpdesk team to support users within region.

· IT systems service monitoring, analysis and follow up for improvement.

· Conduct end users survey and follow up

5. Information Security

· Leading IT security policy localization & IT service process define, to protect company data security and IT operational service on a level in compliance with the corporate standard.

6. Reports & Documentations

· Setup good documentation for traceability and follow up on the ICT application systems.

· Provide regular update and reports on the operations & project progress.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 6 years working experience on at least one of the following business operations & functions (Sales, Marketing, Logistic, Operation, Financial Accounting & Control, Business Process Engineering)

2. Has strong interest with demonstrable achievements in business process automation & IT application systems support

3. Have at least 3 year experience in SAP and other satellite systems operations and/or developments.

4. Bachelor's degree or above.

5. Familiar with ICT (Information & Communication Technology) systems solution in related area.

6. Europe or US MNCs working experience is required.

7. Excellent English oral is a must as the candidate needs to communicate with European colleagues.

8. Customer focus and ability to manage multitasks with minimum supervision

9. Italian is an added advantage.

Ferrero International S.A., the holding company of the Ferrero Group, has approved the Group’s consolidated financial statements for the year ended on 31 August 2011. The Group carried on its initiatives for the development of some of the poorest areas in the world according to the Ferrero Social Enterprises program.
