Business Segment

GE Lighting


Essential Responsibilities 

Develop new end-customer and new quality pipeline to increase sales opportunity and meet the sales target.
Promote GE LED product
Focus on Industrial and Retail verticals but not limited
Serve as focal point of contact between GE and customer. Maximize GE influence in end-customer by building good relationship with timely support to fulfill customer requirement.
Find out customer needs (current and potential) and feedback to company
Co-work with regional sales team, transforming the pipeline into project. Ensure the project execution quality to increase the win rate (including monitor the distributor selection and performance etc.)
Cultivate and constantly manage the strategic key account customer
Provide the customer report and project status to supervisor/company in required period
Analyze the key account and vertical related sales data. Assist the team review and follow up procedure.


Qualifications/Requirements

-Bachelor Degree or above
-3-5 years experience in sales of lighting products or related lighting experience
-Can accept frequent travel
-Proficient in English and Chinese
-Self motivated, good-oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skill
