Job Description:

1. Support field sales/distributors with respect to products, price, promotions, service, qualities,
complaints, expediting, etc. Contacts inquiring parties through phone calls, mail, email, fax or other
electronic means to provide requested data. Informs and refers communication to the proper
department or personnel within the company.
2. Prepare sales order according to customer requirements; works closely with the sales offices, factory and customers to accurately track, document and report order receipt, acknowledgement, changes / deviations and actual ship date. Provides timely reports.
3. Provide the essential communication between remote sales offices and operations facility to establish
effective working relationships with distribution partners, internal company team and customers.


1. 支持各区域销售经理及指定经销商包括产品，报价，推广，服务，质量，索赔等在内的售前售后要求，并协调公司内部相关人员处理。
2. 根据客户要求准备销售订单， 并协调客户，销售，工厂保证订单的顺利执行。
3. 沟通协调销售人员，经销商，及公司各相关部门，保证公司各项政策措施的及时有效传达。
4. 完成上级主管分配的其他任务和项目


经验：
l 有3到5年从事工业产品市场/销售支持的相关经验。
l 熟悉过滤器或其他汽车售后产品的优先考虑。
l 能长期稳定工作，愿意和公司一同成长


其他要求：
l 具备口头和书面的良好沟通能力，包括基本的英语沟通能力。
l 具有团队合作精神;协调能力强。
l 致力提供超优质的客户服务。
l 能高效管理时间。
l 熟悉操作微软办公软件，包括: word, Excel, Powerpoint和Outlook.
