职位描述
Job Purpose
? Sales Performance Tracking: regional sales forecasting, hospital sales, inventory, capping, SDS dosage, top customers and make related tracking reports to all managers in different lev-els.
? Budget and Headcount Control: expense monitoring and forecasting under annual budget. Propose and develop organization chart, name list mapping and PP form submitting.
? Speaker Pool: establishment and maintenance of speakers library and provide consulting ser-vices on time.
? Project Management: Eagle project and ad-hoc project
? Administration: compliance training, reimbursement and sales assistants’ management.
Major Accountabilities
Sales Performance Tracking
? Based on SFE official sales report, to collect and consolidate top hospital sales and inventory from all the regions and deliver the analysis reports to all level managers on monthly basis.
? Tracking Sandostatin dosage improvement status and regional sales forecast by products.
? Sales data pre-collection, hospital capping and RSM top 30 customers’ summary prepared for monthly and quarterly review meeting.
Budget and Headcount Control
? Expense tracking and forecasting within annual budget.
? Collect NNMM activity list and DCCC review applications.
? Propose and develop organization chart according to business dynamics, updating headcount ID master and mapping list, prepare PP form submitting to region.
Speaker Pool
? Speaker information approved, profile ID and e-documents setup & maintenance
? Provide consulting services on time
Project Management
? Eagle project: collect the hospital list and analyse rational of the objective of each hospital setting and make periodical tracking reports.
? Ad-hoc projects
Administration
? Compliance Training: check and confirm the completion rate of on-line training and remind the associates to complete the training on time.
? Tracking the status of reimbursement process and provide rejected case analysis.
? Assist in organizing monthly sales assistant meeting to address issues, summarize future tasks and offer necessary technical or soft-skills trainings.
Background
Education : Bachelor’s Degree
Languages: Good in English communication (oral and written)
Experience:
? 1-2 years’ work experience in sales, commercial or SFE
? Good at Microsoft Excel modelling and PowerPoints
? Familiar with IMS or CHPA data would be better
? Smart quick-learner, positive, proactive, detailed and diligent
? Good communication skills and able to solve problem independently and work under pressure
