Major Responsibilities:

-To lead slip control system (SCS) test development team (including ABS, TC and VSC product

applications) for AP market with designed road map

-To motivate team to achieve the target and do evaluation

-To establish and execute SCS product development/validation testing plan together with internal and

external teams (customers) for the responsible projects

-To support SCS product localization activities and failure analysis

-To interface with customers when necessary to understand customers’ requirements and to

communicate with customers through informal and formal presentations and meetings.

-To interface and closely work with SCS product engineering teams to design test for special A/P

applications

-To make sure the lab is orderly and rigs are maintained well, rig capacity is well organized.

-To work closely with project team to ensure product prototype delivery is smooth and on time

-To understand and follow TRW product design and application development process

Key Competencies:

-Must have more than 5 years’ experience in testing related fields

-Highly self motivation

-Must be experienced in using computer-aided design tools

-Must have knowledge and experience in product design/development/application and release

process

-Must have good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English languages

-Must have good problem solving skills

-Must be good at team work

-Must be willing to work hard and maybe overtime when required

-Preferred to have product knowledge in hydraulic control systems

-Preferred to understand SCS product knowledge and control principles (including ABS, TC and

VSC)
