Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Take responsibility for the localization of new products on the group's production sites, while meeting the safety,quality, cost and time targets.

+ Use and follow processes, instruction sheets and appendices and propose improvements.

+ Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and environmental protection instructions.

Guarantee the industrialisation of a Business Unit's projects

+ Decide on the allocation of projects within the team.

+ Draw up the workload schedule within his/her scope of activity in terms of skills, headcount and resources.

+ Make sure that the teams meet the project budgets and define technical solutions that meet the needs of the Business Unit.

1. Guarantee the proper execution of manufacturing projects, while respecting the GDD, the SMI and the industrialisation and Lean Manufacturing standards.

+Take customers' logistics and internal standards into consideration.

+ Control and approve the technical and economic process options and the means to be deployed on the sites, in line with the standards.

+ Define and monitor the start-up costs budget per project, for each production plant in the group

+ Make good use of feedback, which is formally transmitted to the functions tasked with standards.

2. Optimise the profitability of projects in the industrialisation phase and in terms of cost controls

+ Decide on the best compromise to optimise profitability:

+ Use the most experienced sources of skills, optimise hours consumed

+ Achieve the best possible profitability in terms of cost / deadline

+ Obtain the best possible buy-in by the employee in the project team and the BU

3. Manage his/her activity and his/her team:

+ Be responsible for applying and deploying the managerial methods required to manage a team (recruitment, skills development, career development, sanctions, recognition, motivation, reporting, communication, etc.)

+ Draw up action plans based on the activity's targets and coherently coordinate his/her employees' missions

+ Propose the activity's annual operations budget, and make sure that it is met.

+ Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity and implement corrective actions if required

4. Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and the continuous improvement of his/her activity:

Propose tried and tested innovative solutions, right from the costing phase.

+ Propose solutions for continuous improvement, derived from feedback from previous projects or benchmarking actions, right from the costing phase.

+ Contribute to the development of the manufacturing standards

Requirements:

+ Minimum 10 years work experience in production, or project management role in manufacturing industry, preferably in automotive industry, minimum 5 years in a managerial position.

+ Familiar with injection, injection molding, injection process etc.

+ Familiar with assembly, welding etc.

+ Good management skill

+ Fluent English

+ Willing to travel nationally and also internationally.
