DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

a leading foreign company with focus on accessories mostly related to mobile computing, photography, and locks

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Drive eCommerce business in China and accountable for online campaigns, marketing strategies, market research and sales target
+ Identify and create new online business opportunities to maximize revenue.
+ Be responsible for on-going site maintenance and performance, as well as ongoing user experience enhancement/new features
+ Supported by an established team of in-house and off-site employees and an outside development firm that supports company e-commerce initiatives.
Requirements:
+ University graduate with 5 years relevant experience; prior working experiences with online platforms (TMall, JD, Taobao, 51, … ) preferred
+ Strong online sales track record, ability to achieve aggressive sales targets
+ Hands-on experience of the current technologies available for online advertising e.g. SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, EDM, social media platforms
+ Good knowledge of online shopping platforms and interest in consumer goods market
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel including Pivot Tables, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
+ Good communication skills, fluent in English is an added advantage
+ Excellent relationship management with platforms key personnel
