Reporting to:
Sourcing Director

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for sourcing industrial components/mechanical parts/packaging materials for the automotive/home appliance/medical industries to meet projects’ targets or objectives.
+ Identify, evaluate, select & qualify new suppliers when needed.
+ Support and effectively involved in new project RFQ.
+ Continuously monitor product BOMs; seeking opportunities for improvements in costing, reduction of lead times, MOQ’s, creating competitive pricing, and dual/alternate sourcing of critical components.
+ Work with suppliers to identify & implement cost reduction opportunities or total cost improvements
+ Maintain & develop relationship with suppliers.

Requirements:
+ Associate above education in mechanical engineering or related field.
+ 2+ years working experience in the field of components sourcing.
+ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
+ Occasional travel to supplier sites.
+ Good command of English.
