Mission

To strengthen our Business Control Team and support OFA Business Growth.

Job description
- To provide business control support to the customer centre operations and perform dedicated analysis on key performance indicators of the OFA business
- To participate in and lead projects to develop controlling, accounting and administrative processes, to make sure adequate Internal Control process are in place within the OFA Business Line
- To create, develop and maintain management reports to support the OFA business line manager and his team to achieve the OFA targets in terms of growth, profitability, working capital control and operational efficiency
- Pro-actively assist the Business Line Management with ad-hoc analyses of the activities and support OFA management to make effective business decision
- Participate in internal audits
- Participate in projects in finance and business control in the company.

Experience requirements

To be successful we expect the candidate to have:
- practical and extensive knowledge and experience on Service Business
- an excellent knowledge of SAP
- solid experience in working with PC applications such as MS-Office, Lotus Notes etc. and preferably GPS

Educational requirements

- University degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and good English.

Personality requirements

You should be hands-on, pro-active with excellent analytical capabilities and good communication skills.
You will need to be able to work both independently and in a team
You should have a strong concern for quality, accuracy and keeping dead lines.
