? Take care of the current Rubber Project for the company
? In charge of the capacity plan for further projects and capacity optimization of the production lines
? Plan and execution the machinery maintenance
? In charge of the process technique for rubber injection and/or plastic injection
? Plan of the new production line (for new projects), draft and check the specification for machinery equipment to be purchased
? In charge of Acceptance and Verification Tests for Machinery /Equipment purchased
? In charge of the lean production and carry out SIP (Sustainable Improvement Process) for the company
? Take care of the plant facility systems
? Perform other duties as assigned

? University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related major
? About 2-5 years’ working experience in the field of Rubber Injection at a Rubber manufacturing plan as Production or Process Engineer
? Experience in Lean Production
? Basic knowledge about Compressed air system, Vacuum system, E-Power supply system, cooling water system, Air-conditioning system
? Good communication skill
? Good problem solving skill
? Steady-going and responsible
? Dedicated to work
? Smart and loyal
