主要工作：

1、在客户现场根据客户对业务文稿起草的要求和希望达成的目的，为客户起草工作文稿；

2、与客户协同工作，参与各类工作会议，根据会议布置的工作要求起草相关计划、规划及建议等相关文稿；

3、在客户现场收集和向公司反馈客户方体现的业务需求信息，然后根据公司布置进行相应跟进和操作；

4、在客户现场与客户成员保持沟通和联络，及时落实需要跟进配合的工作；

能力和资质要求：

1、理解力强，思路清晰，能快速理清客户对文稿起草的目的和要求；

2、文字起草能力较强；

3、勤快热情，擅于与客户沟通交流；

4、本科以上，有4-6年工作经验，有人力资源培训方面的知识和工作经验；
