Essential Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing strategy to drive business growth along with sales, AE, PM and marcom team for Retail vertical focused countries within the region
2. Develop diversified marketing and sales tools to support vertical business development, i.e. lead Marketing Campaign in Retail vertical, develop customer stories, conduct customer seminars, etc.;
3. Work seamlessly with PM team to drive NPI ( new product introduction) process and marcom team to support the Retail KA business growth
4. Develop and build collaborative relations with industry associations, key accounts and reference site customers
5. Drive key initiatives in responsible verticals, i.e. GE for GE projects across Asia
6. Take vertical communication program and drive advisory board program;
7. Lead ESCO partnership to support LED growth in specific verticals;
8. Make marketing research to better guide local research, upstream and downstream marketing strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements
a) Education: bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred
b) Experience: >5 years relative working experience
c) Competency and Skills:
• >5 year working experience in marketing strategy
• Familiar with Lighting Industry background is preferred;
• Good business sense and strategic thinking; good understanding with strong adaptability in new business environment , can work under pressure;
• Excellent communication and writing skill both in English and Chinese;
• Proactive and initiative; Passion for new things; Independent, hardworking and team player;
