1. Full knowledge and understanding of TBR mold tread and cavity design
a. Engineering degree
b. At least 5 years (10 preferred) experience in TBR design and manufacturing
2. CAD capable
3. Full knowledge and experience in TBR construction design, 4-belts construction experience preferred
4. Experience in green tire design and development
a. Die development
b. Building specifications
5. Knowledge and use of TBR construction and materials
a. Component weight calculation
b. Cost estimation
6. Knowledge and understanding of TBR Manufacturing equipment
a. Extrusion
b. Calendaring
c. Assembly
d. Curing
e. Balance and runout
7. Familiar with DOT rules and regulations
a. FMVSS 119
b. Stamping and marking rules
8. Knowledge on Environmental regulations
a. REACH compliance
b. SmartWay verification
9. An understanding of factory operations
a. Process control
b. Defect diagnosis & trouble shooting
c. Inspection standards
10. Project management
11. Good communication skills
12. Possess a valid China drivers license, preferred but not required
13. Knowledge of English is preferred but not required
