职位描述
Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in automobile parts industry in Yantai.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Run quality dept. with planning, leadership and consultative support for the implementation of TS/ISO system to meet international standards, take care of the system’s maintenance and ensure continuous improvement.
2.Drive all management and employees quality focus.
3.Control the materials’ quality state to satisfy the production, guarantee the products quality to meet the requirement from customer.
4.Represent customer requirements internally; define Plant Quality objectives, and monitor progress.
5.Make auditing to suppliers; Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
6.To review and report to the General Manager and relevant parties monthly the performance of the quality of products and environment (Monthly Quality Meeting).
7.Interrupt the delivery of products when Quality is not assured; trigger, when relevant, the critical site review process.
8.Ensure the right application of the Quality system in the Plant.
9.Identification and management of quality costs.
Ability and Experience Required:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electromechanical, Engineering, or automotive engineering.
2.At least 5 years’ quality experience in AUTOMOTIVE AREA with at least 3 year's quality supervisory experience.
3.Deep knowledge of the ISO and TS procedures, TQM, and strong quality awareness.
4.Very good capacity for work in team, good approach to problems, good capacity for human relation.
5.Experience in quality data analysis
6.Good leadership & communication skill, and being initiative and determined.
7.Be a sharp internal and external auditor.
8.Excellent speaking and writing English is a must.
9.Strong technical background.
