职位描述
此职位要求为公司的光及颜色测量系统提供专业的技术支持，在联系公司的亚洲客户和分销商网络方面扮演重要角色。要求候选人性格活跃，具有丰富的技术经验，会使用中、英语进行流利的交流，乐于同技术同仁一起分析和解决技术问题。
候选人须能接受较多的到中国及其他可能的亚洲客户处出差。
职责
主要职责包括且不限于：
设备安装及客户培训。
为区域内的分销商提供支持和培训。
产品维护和修理。
同销售人员一起拜访客户，向客户演示产品。
回答客户的技术方面的电话或电邮咨询。
到客户处出差，参加贸易洽谈会。
要求
重点学院本科以上学历，物理学, 计算机，或相关专业。
0 到6年工作经验。
有强烈的兴趣和意志来从基础开始学习公司的业务和运营模式。
能够同分销商和终端客户进行有效的沟通。
可成功的同时进行多个项目。
中文书写和词汇达到母语水平，英语流利。

Job Description:
This position plays a vital role in interfacing with Radiant Zemax’s Asian customer base and distributor network by providing expert level technical support of our light and color measurement systems. The successful candidate must be dynamic, possess strong technical experience, excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and enjoy analyzing and solving problems in near real-time by working with the company’s technical staff.
Extensive travel to Radiant Zemax’s customers in China and possibly other Asian countries is to be expected.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Performing system installations and training at customer sites
Supporting and training distributors in territory
Performing maintenance and repair or products
Supporting sales visits and performing product demonstrations
Answering customer technical inquiries via phone and e-mail
Travel to customer sites and trade shows as needed
Preferred Attributes:
B.S. from good University in Physics, Computer, or related discipline
0 to 6 years’ work experience.
High energy level and unquenchable desire to learn our business from the ground up
Ability to effectively communicate with end users and distributor network
Highly organized with an ability to efficiently handle numerous projects simultaneously
Native Chinese written and verbal fluency and excellent English.

This position is located in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Hefei China.
