1.Information of the assignment

Position: HR Manager

Report to: General Manager

Location: Xian

Main responsibilities:

Responsible for Human resorce activities

- Training and development

- Compensation & benefits

- Recruitment

- Employee relations

- Employee health

· Responsible for own departments overall performance and reaching of the targets set

· Responsible for developing operational efficiency and co-operation in own department

· Responsible for occupational safety in own area of responsibility


2. Desired profile of the candidate

Education: Master or Bachelor degree

Language: Must be able to well communicate in both Chinese and English

Professional experience:

· Minimum 10 years experience in HR function and 5 years Managerial experience

· Have experience in set up the related HR system, such as training and development system, salary and incentive plan system, etc.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work, communicate and collaborate within a developing organization

· Good with MS software and database management systems

· Strong commitment to problem resolution, confidentiality and team building

· Must be able to well communicate in both Chinese and English

· Working experience in foreign enterprise (JV) is preferred

· Can find person from Xian MNC (manufacturer)
