1. Company in brief
Our client is one Chinese-Finnish JV company in China. The new JV will immediately start the construction of a new 15.000 sqm shipyard in Longkou city, Shandong province. The shipyard will produce aluminum work boats for various professional uses for both the Chinese, and the international market.

We are now looking for a marketing manager to be based in Shandong,China.

Education: Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Marine) or equivalent
教育背景：船舶工程或海事工程学士及以上学位，或者具有相当的工作经验
Languages: Good written and reading skills in English; Good English speaking ability is preferred
语言能力：良好的英文读写能力，如有英文口头表达能力更佳

Main Responsibilities:
主要职责：
Responsible for market analysis of new shipbuilding;
负责新建船舶市场分析；
Responsible for new and potential customer/business development;
负责潜在客户/业务的开拓；
Responsible for key customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges;
负责主要客户和竞争对手的分析和研究，了解市场机会和挑战；
Lead customer meetings/sales visits and present company’s capabilities;
主导客户会议，销售拜访，推广公司产品；
Provide customer specific advice/information to the company to facilitate business;
向公司提供客户信息，促进业务发展；
Improve and implement overall sales and marketing strategies；
提升和实施整体销售和市场策略；

Job Requirements:
任职要求:
Above 8 years’ experience in shipbuilding/shipyards field;
8 年以上船舶建造/船厂的工作经验；
Good track records in business development/sales;
在业务开发和销售方便又良好的业绩记录；
Good ability to maintain and develop a long term relationship with our customers;
有能力维护和开发同客户的长期关系；
Basic knowledge of classification rules & requirements and other relevant engineering standards applicable to ships;
具备基本的船舶建造规范知识；
Good skills in team working, presenting marketing and sales issues and negotiating with Foreign and Chinese customers.
良好的团队合作精神，良好的推广能力以及同中外客户的谈判能力。
