Specific Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plan, develop, execute and lead the group to attract, retain, develop and motivate employees in a cost effective manner;

2. Cooperate with local government and line manager and develop a working partnership that provides nice working place for employees and business development; Maintain high morale and develop excellent employee relations

3. Manage the labor suppliers and recruiting partner to fill the labor and talent demand;

4. Advise and assist HR Manager regarding the company rules, regulations and disciplinary action;

5. Build and maintain the CSR system (Corporate Social Responsibility); Coordinate the preparation for customer audit.

6. Maintain the employee profile data and the one in HR system;

7. Provide clear objectives and guidance to team member; train and motivate them to achieve the targets.

8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Experience and Qualifications Required

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR management or relative field;

2. More than 6 years experiences in Human Resource Management with at least 2 years in supervisor Level in sizable organization.

3. Familiar with working on ground style;

4. Strong knowledge in Labor Law;

5. Excellent command of English both in verbal and written;

6. Strong in Manpower problem solving such as turnover, recruitment, outsourcing;

7. Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;

8. Energy, good employee relation, can work under pressure with minimum supervision;
