Qualification and Requirements :
1. Be a team leader responsible for headset products and production assigned to the KEW .Be responsible for tracking the progress of product development and product implementation, and control KEW the small-batch trial production, processing, production, and the Company's new products transferred.
2. Be responsible to achieve the headphones and some products into market goals and product performance. And implement quality, cost, delivery -date and service control in the entire process.
3. Coordinate the plant resources to produce headphones and products which can meet the market demand.
4. Coordinate all plant departments to ensure that new product development, introduction and operational success. This includes the factory, equipment, process, quality, logistics, manufacturing, and other resource needs.
5. Organizing headset products and products operation team, including ENG, QA, SC, HR and other departments to ensure the product a smooth operations and manufacturing operations.
6. Enable the team to maintain effective communication and timely summary reports of projects and operating conditions.
7. Be responsible for KEW internal team members, team sponsors, shareholders, the department manager and headphones, and related product managers to communicate effectively, these include, but are not limited to, monthly project assessment, production reports (yields, productivity, etc.), as well as to convey the team meeting.
8. Be responsible for value creation within the scope of projects, such as raw material costs, increase yield and productivity enhancement.

Qualification and Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree and majored in Mechanics and Electronics, Physical or other relevant major. Good skill in project management.3 years relevant supervisor experience.
2. Good communication skill both in English and Chinese.
3. Good skill in organizing, coordination and problem-solving.
4. Team-work Spirit and professional ethics.
5. Familiar with ISO, SPC,DOE, Project etc.
6. Familiar with computer (office software and Engineering software).
