Job Summary: assist maintenance manager to keep all the equipment and facility in good condition by implementing managing procedure. By team work, achieve the performance goals.

Principal Responsibilities:
主要职责
？ Participate to compile and update the equipment managing procedure.
参与编制并更新设备管理程序
？ Establish TPM, PM, lubrication and work instruction and other related managing documents.
建立TPM（全面生产管理），PM（预防性维护）， 润滑系统作业指导及其他相关管理文件。
？ Implement equipment managing procedure, collect the managing data.
执行管理流程，收集管理信息
？ Training.
培训
？ Troubleshooting.
发现并修理故障
？ Join the innovation per request from production, lean and maintenance team.
参与生产、精益及设备维护团队发起的革新活动
？ Mechanical spare parts safe stock.
机械备件安全库存
？ Join to identify the key process and key parts and follow up the control plan.
参与识别关键程序和关键部件，跟踪控制计划
？ Special equipment management.
特殊设备管理
？ Other Duties:

o Implement special projects and other related duties as directed by management.
执行特殊项目和经理安排的其他工作
o As an employee of the Company, provide suggestions and opinions to the management level of the Company.

Job Requirements:
任职要求
？ Over 5 years’ experience in equipment maintenance.
五年以上设备维护经验；
？ Well technical background in mechanical engineering, pneumatic and hydraulic system.
良好的机械背景，了解机械、气动及液压系统；
？ Good ability in trouble-shooting, good ability to use/organize interior and exterior resources.
良好的解决问题的能力，并更够很好的协调内部及外部资源
？ Electricity background is preferred.
电气背景，优先选择；
？ Well command of engineering and office software.
熟悉工程和微软软件
？ Good English speaking, writing and reading.
良好的英语口语及读写能力


Educational Background:
教育背景
？ Junior college education in Mechanical engineering & Automation.
机械及自动化专科学历

Working Relations:
工作关系

？ Maintain good relations between and within departments to facilitate efficient operations.
与部门内部位置良好的关系；
？ Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
与公司各级别进行有效沟通；
？ Develop communication and working relationships with supervisor.
