Responsibilities:
SCOPE OF THE POSITION 岗位职责:
- Provide for the acquisition of new orders in respect of 按照以下要求安排工作:

- Organization of a direct and indirect sales pipeline in the PRC and any other Asian
country set by the SDM

间接的销售渠道;
- Organization of marketing activities and creation of marketing tools, acknowledgement of
new customers
策划市场行动,建立市场工具,获得新客户.
- Carry/out a verification and feasibility study on enquiries received by potential customers .
对潜在客户进行调查分析及可行性研究,
- Interacts with customers to verify the presence of contractual documentation and the correct identification requirements
与客户随时响应以明确合同相关文件和要求;
- Seeks for new customers also outside of the current business of the company
寻找新的客户;
- Participate in the meeting of project presentation and contract review
参与项目说明与合同审核会议;
- Interact with customer to monitor their satisfaction
与客户沟通以满足其需求
- Ensure that all the payments from customer side are fully made according to the contract provisions
确保按照合同条款,客户所有款项及时足额支付.
- Participate the direct sales pipelines together with an indirect sales pipelines of agent and business providers in the PRC and any other Asian countries set by the GM
参与直接, 间接 中国,亚洲销售渠道;
Participate marketing activities in order to find new customers and market potential
参与市场行动以找到潜在客户或市场.
- Verify, together with the other departments, the technical documentation provided by the customer (material list, technical
specifications, drawings) in relation to the feasibility of the project; request the provision of documentation from the other department in case of any problem emerging from the project analysis.
与其他相关部门共同审核客户提供的资料(材料 单,技术说明,图纸) 进行项目可行性分析,为项 目说明会准备翔实资料。
- Elaborate all technical/economical analysis of the offers and confirm them before sending to the SDM for the final approval and issue to the customer
在方案提交销售经理批示和发至客户方之前,审 核所有技术/商务细节;
Manage and organize the documentation provided by the customer
管理和组织客户提供的文件材料
- Nominate the contract review meeting, resolve any problem and or discrepancies in the contract
组织合同审核会议,解决合同相关问题及不匹配 项;
- Manage any modification to be made in the contract
管理合同变更项;
- Make sure that the Sales department provides assistance to MPM and ESPM for the completion of their task
销售部门对机械和电气设计中遇到的问题应予以 协助;
+- Organise the sales department in a way to be fully present in the market
提高销售部门的市场形象.
Requirements:
+ Mechanical Engineering / Automation Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management / International Marketing & Economics
+ Experience in non—standard equipment sales and/or machine tools
+ Non-Standard Equipment for Automotive strongly preferred
+ Ability in understanding customers Technical Requests and tailor related technical and economical quotations
+ Excellent Communication Skills
+ English is MUST have for Chinese native speaker
+ German language (in case of foreign candidate, Chinese language Skills are not required, only preferred)
+ Willing to work and live in Dalian
+ Willing to travel very frequently within China and Overseas
+ Flexible in working time arrangements
+ Humble and eager to learn
