工作职责
JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
· Maintain standard cost data in ERP system
利用ERP系统维持成本数据标准.
· Run product cost in ERP system and cooperate with other parties to safeguard integrity of data element
用ERP系统管理产品成本并与当事人共同维护完整的成本数据.
· Provide costing information to support cost price updating, project justification decision and product costing improvement
提供成本信息以便完成成本价格的更新,制定方案并进行产品成本改进.
· Collect all cost information for the assigned projects
为制定项目搜集所有成本信息.
· Provide cost /value analysis and cost reduction opportunities to support business decision
提供成本/价格分析并且利用成本控制来支持企业决策.
· Prepare detailed cost estimation and quotes for new and on-going products
为新的和进行中产品提供产品预算和详细报价单.
· Propose and implement cost control programs
提议并实施成本控制计划.
· Launch time study and set up standard hour
发布时间标定并建立标准工作时间.
· Verify & monitor in-house making & sub-contracting costing
核实&监控内部产生以及分包合同的费用
· BOM & material usage audit
物料&原材料的消耗审计.
· Earn hours, labour & overhead cost analysis
工时,劳动力&间接所产生费用的分析
· Other ad hoc assignments

QUALIFICATIONS职位要求：
· Degree or above in Finance or Science
财务专业本科或其他相关专业.
· Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry of a sizeable manufacturing plant
至少五年大型制造加工企业的工作经验.
· Familiar with project justification decision, product costing improvement and cost evaluation
熟悉制定项目论证方案,产品成本计算和成本评估.
· Good knowledge in manufacturing processes
具备良好制造工艺知识.
· Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, independent, can work under pressure
较强分析技巧,注重细节,独立工作,可以承担工作压力.
· Good command of spoken & written English & Mandarin
具备良好的读写英文&国语能力.
