Our client is a famous US-owned enterprise in rubber industry.

Position: QA Engineer
Location: Qingdao
Report to: QA Manager
Position Summary:
Ensure business compliance to quality plan and will continually improve systems to ensure ongoing business improvement and flexibility. Develop business process systems that are preventative in nature and provide high levels of control.
Job Responsibilities:
·Ensure the pass of registration company audit and customer audit.
·Set-up, Maintain and improve ISO9001/TS16949 quality system and ISO14001 environment system
and OHSAS18001 safety management system.
·Responsible for quality document & record control, make sure document & record is well controlled, old
version is replaced on time, related people can get document on time, no missing. Trace ability is
maintained.
·Carry out internal audit, make sure to meet customer & registration company audit.
·Handling the customer complaint with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and other related
departments.
·Provide proper training and guidance to the related people.
·Other duties as requested.
Qualification
·Bachelor degree, major in material /chemical or related;
·Minimum 3 year working experience in quality control area, rubber background is preferred;
·Good understanding and application of ISO9000 and ISO/TS 16949;
·Ability to effectively communicate and present information to team members, top management and suppliers;
·Ability and experience for problem solving;
·Good command of English both in written &spoken.
