工作地点：山东兖州

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Review and direct all activities in the Plant related to electrical, control and automation equipment/systems, with the goal of minimizing engineering and maintenance expenses without compromising safety, while continually improving productivity and energy utilization/efficiency.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
·Manage/support technology transfer from USA to China
·Co-ordinate, Assign and Review All Projects involving electrical and/or control activities.
·Investigate manufacturing/production problems and make recommendations for
improvements.
·Support the Troubleshooting and Training needs of the Maintenance Department.
·Assist the Safety Department in the assessment and formulation of electrical safety standards.
·Maintain an appropriate relationship with customers, representing the Aneng plant in a positive manner.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
·Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
·Knowledge of the National Electric Code.
·Must have a high level of ethics and integrity
·Must be willing to live in USA for up to 6 months then work in Shandong Province, China
·Knowledge of pertinent Electrical Regulations and Standards
·Basic Knowledge of Machine Safeguarding Principles/Standards
·Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience with project budgets of at least half-million dollars
·Must have good English Skills in both oral & written communications
. Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience (preferably in power systems and manufacturing environments) and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial/Factory Automation technologies including PLCs, HMIs, motion and vision applications
