World Leading Australian Mineral Sands Company. Headquarters in China is based in Shanghai and now looking for a Sales Professional to run our Qingdao Branch Office.
Job Description
To be part of the sales team, responsible for developing, facilitating, and implementing all aspects of sales and marketing strategies relative to those customer accounts and/or territories that have been assigned.
You will be responsible for driving sales, through an agreed growth plan.
Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
To meet those sales targets through professional diligence in meeting the needs of the customers, maintaining complete customer satisfaction and applying the sales strategy/model to generate increased market share.
Contact and maintain strong relationship with current customers as well as developing new customers
Coordinate with logistics team to arrange product delivery to customers
· Collect market intelligence and make sales proposals
· Report and discuss achievements and obstacle with China Sales Manager and to the General Manager in Shanghai
The Successful Applicant
Chinese National with 5-10 years work experience and qualifications in either Sales & Marketing, Marketing Analyst or International Trade Roles
Written and spoken fluency in Mandarin and English. Other Asian languages an advantage.
Proactive, creative, able to work under pressure
Knowledge of transport and logistics (including import/export and shipping) through qualifications or experience
· Knowledge of the Chinese Zircon industry or downstream zircon industries such as ceramics or refractories through qualifications or experience
· Experience with Western contractual and legal policies and procedures
· Previous Representative Office or Branch Office administrative and management experience
· Experience working for a multinational Western company in China or work experience in a Western country or study experience in a Western country
