Job Responsibilities:

1.To employ lead time, pipeline and Vendor Inventory management program;

2.Proactive material and supplier quality management for NPI (new product introduction) and MP (mass production);

3.To maintain senior management relationship with suppliers;

4.Manpower planning and budgetary preparation;

5.To manage the supplier selection process to ensure meeting customer needs on quality, cost and delivery;

6.To setup and monitor the purchasing system to fulfill company policies;

7.To define the departmental objectives, strategies and monitor the progress;

8.To share real time information and market trend with internal and external departments;

9.To ensure training is arranged in all levels to make a professional team;

10.Enforce supplier code of conduct.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree of above in Engineering or Supply Chain management;

2. At least 8 year solid experience in Sourcing and Purchasing of Electronics components with at least 3 years

in senior management position;

3. Good negotiation & communication skills and tactful in global and local suppliers management;

4. Strong sense of responsibility and fast pace, with multi-tasking skills. Can work under tight schedules;

5. Sensitive to market price and trend;

6. Fluency in oral and written English and Chinese.
