Role Summary/Purpose

The Senior Manager - Key Account leads projects and initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the business. In this role you will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy


Essential Responsibilities

- This is an enterprise account leadership role responsible for leading the effort for the customer in all aspects of account growth including strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, value communication for assigned accounts
- Responsible for entire commercial operating plan of assigned accounts by working with related vertical sales teams and supporting teams
- Responsible for contract negotiation including structure, price, negotiate and close deals
- Identify areas to penetrate and grow profitability for assigned accounts
- Interface with Product Management and Marketing organizations to drive high value solutions leveraging the product portfolio including existing products and NPI
- Drive customer satisfaction through cross-function engagement and continuous process improvement
- Own customer relationships and lead communication at all levels to build strategic account partnership
- Develop key accounts in respective vertical segments and commercialize to meet key metrics - $ sales, pipeline/demand generation and storytelling
- Stay abreast with market trends and drive GE penetration in key accounts
- Effectively work with sales, product, marketing etc. to drive commercial collaboration


Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 10 years working experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development fields including 5 years in leadership capacity with proven key account experience

- Prior experience in business development and/or building growth plans is preferred
- Able to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO level
- Strategic or product marketing exposure
- Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
- Able to effectively interface with all levels of internal and external customers
- Able to influence and engage in a matrix environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Established program management skills
- 30% travel time required
