Major Responsibilities:

* To receive phone call and visitor in a professional way
* Update phonebook periodically
* Be responsible for the maintenance of door system
* Assistant in He He workshop Facility for vehicle coordination, transportation arrangement
* Maintain meeting room reservation


Key Competencies:

* Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities.
* Exposure to an international working environment.
* Excellent communication both oral and written in English.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate - MS. Word, Powerpoint and Excel is an advantage.
* Professional communication skills, problem solving, teamwork oriented.
