本岗位工作地点位于半塔镇嘉吉公司孵化厂

Principal Accountabilities
Supervision of maintenance activities
? Ensuring that equipment preventative maintenance works at hatchery are being executed.
? Trouble shoot hatchery equipment problems
? Ensure quick response and problem solve any equipment break down.
? Energy conservation techniques are applied at hatchery
? Communicate and work with each maintenance crew or electrician on weekly basis
? Supervision and training of maintenance and reliability staff.
? Critical spare parts management to reduce business interruption risk at best cost
? Effective use of tools, materials and equipment.
? Be responsible for the full utilization of Maximo
Provide and control safety system in workplace in accordance with BU Safety, Food Safety and EHS policies (ISO 18001, ISO14001 if applicable).
Participate and support equipment commissioning and acceptance for new projects in the future
Maintenance planning to ensure safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping (5S), cost and productivity to meet operation goals
Train, develop and evaluate maintenance crew with the following:
? Critical tasks, SOP, WI, HACCP, GMP, Security and Safety
? Job certification to meet regulatory requirements
? Reliability and excellence
? Productivity and efficiency
? Work quality and disciplinary
? Emergency response and organization

Requirements
Diplome in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or process engineering.
Candidates with maintenance profession certificates but with at least 8 years of related experience are encouraged to apply.
8+ years experience in maintenance experience in hatchery or food industry.
Experience in managing 8+ mechanics or electricians
Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
Analytical decision making & fact based problem solving such as root cause analysis
Familiar with hatchery equipments, climate controller, generator, LNG, power sub station, incinerator and waste water treatment systems.
“Good” behavior consistent with Cargill’s values and guiding principles.
Positive & effective communication skills: oral and written
Familiar with electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation and processing engineering works.
Computer literate.
