Principal Accountabilities:

7.Looks for ways to optimize production and passes recommendations to appropriate people in the company.
寻求优化生产的途径并提供建议给公司相关人员。
8.Monitors press and auxiliary equipment operation and alerts maintenance, tool room, and supervisor to potential problems.
监督压铸和辅助设备的运行，提醒维修，工具室和主管人员注意潜在的问题。
9.Monitors press cycle times and notifies process engineer of problem jobs.

10.Maintains mold storage area in neat and orderly fashion.

11.When possible, assists with set-up of finishing equipment when it is to be used at the press.

12.Monitors product visually and takes corrective action when necessary. Ensures product is consistent with established specifications. Escalates quality issues as appropriate. Ensures highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality system ISO, and/or other standards.

13.Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality. Promotes and implements use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities. Participates actively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s, Kaizen events, etc.

14.Performs hanging and clamping of molds. Disassembling and cleaning of barrels and screws; along with annealing of molded product.

15.Removes mold to analyze for cleaning/repairs before storing. Removes all secondary and auxiliary equipment from the press area. Completes setup/cycle sheets and job packet and any special instructions.

16.Identifies and corrects problems: applies experience and knowledge in making adjustments and trains others in areas of expertise; documents changes; addresses questionable parts; and monitors and focuses on scrap reduction.

17.Maintains a clean and safe work area, Wears required Personal Protective Equipment. Performs duties in a safe manner and observes approved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazards immediately to supervisor.

Qualifications:
