Our client is a famous foreign-owned enterprise in Shanghai.
Job Duties:
(1) Analyze the abnormal production line products, and provide suggestions.
(2) Analyze the non-performing products issued by customer, and writethe FA report to customer.
(3) New material evaluation.
(4) Improve the factory FA capacity and establish the new FA capacity.
Requirements：
(1) Failure Analysis Experience on Electronic Products 6Y+.
(2) English Communication skill(TOEIC 500+), Capable to discuss FA with the customer.
(3) Capable to Handle RMA FA.
(4) Well leadership to handle FA Team(15+ HC) is Plus.
(5) SMT/Process Experience is Plus.
