岗位描述：

1、Responsible for troubleshooting and solving the desktop hardware and software issues raised by internal staffs (e.g.PC,printer,MS OS and office,etc.)解决公司内部员工所有计算机软硬件问题，包括PC，打印机，操作系统，Office等

2、Basic support for servers,swith,router and firewall.对路由器，防火墙，服务器和交换机进行基本的管理

3、File and Data backup.文件数据的定期备份

4、To manage and maintain cabling system.管理并维护企业各种网络电话布线

5、Responsible forIT system process and procedure execution.有效执行IT系统各种流程和制度

岗位要求：

1、大学本科以上学历，计算机相关专业

2、具备解决计算机软硬件问题的能力。包括PC，服务器，打印机，防火墙，路由器，操作系统，Office等

3、服务意识强、有责任心、对工作充满激情，具有团队协作精神
