Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in mechanical industry in Jinan.
Job Duties: Payroll Processing Specialist
Purpose / Mission
Implement the organisation's compensation and benefit programmes to meet the organisation's objectives for internal equity and external market competitiveness.
Key Accountabilities
?Design and implement the organisation's compensation and benefit programmes to meet the organisation's objectives for
internal equity and external market competitiveness.
?These programmers may include: job evaluation; salary administration; employee benefits (e.g., health insurance, vehicles,
perquisites); workers compensation; salary packaging; retirement, and superannuation plans. Retirement, profit-sharing, thrift,
group medical/surgical, disability and life plans.
?Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local compensation and benefits strategies appropriate for their
business needs.
?Analyse and evaluate internal data about the organization’s current employee population and future HR needs along with
external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts.
?Conduct job evaluations, model salary increases, participate in salary surveys, collect internal and external data, and conduct
other analyses to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization’s compensation and benefit programs.
?Contribute actively to the improvement on innovation and learning team.
?Develop the C&B system of GPC Jinan in accordance with the company objectives.
?Support the process optimization and change activities.
Requirements:
?At least a Bachelor degree. Major in HR management or related subject.
?Solid experience in the C&B management, including C&B structure review, budget development, reward component rational,
market vendors and etc.
?Understand C&B management rational and market trend.
Language:
?English (advanced level)
?Chinese
IT skills:
?MS office
