Our client is a famous American-owned company in automobile parts industry.

Responsibilities:

1.Contact Fleet Accounts—End users to provide ongoing education and information on use, repair and maintenance of Product
to fleet personnel. Must respond to and resolve all customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
2.Contact Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Dealer (Truck and Trailer) and OEM Regional Service offices to provide
ongoing education and information on use, repair and maintenance of products.
3.Contact Auxiliary Axle Installers regarding installation of products and to resolve any customer issues in a timely and effective
manner.
4.Effectively manage product, customer and competitor information through administration, data gathering and communication.
5.Other Duties

Qualifications:

1.Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
2.5+ years of field service experience in the commercial transportation industry. Experience in heavy-duty truck/trailer fleet
maintenance strongly preferred. If no Associates degree, 5 additional years of experience may be substituted.
3.Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills; presentation/training experience required.
4.Extensive travel within an assigned region of the country is required.
