JOB CONTENT:

1.Take the ESH leadership role in Shandong Province of China acting as ESH Officer of RHQ interface to Group ESH
该职位负责在中国山东地区的EHS管理以及和地区总部与集团总部的联络工作；
2.Establish and maintain Shandong ESH management system which is in compliance with the regulations of China, local government and group EHS guideline;
根据中国及当地政府以及集团总部关于EHS方面的政策建立并维护山东省的EHS管理体系；
3.Responsible for driving division safety rules to all Shandong sub-companies.
负责推进所有山东省子公司的安全条例的实施；
4.Prepare and manage EHS financial and personnel budget , and let it in control;
编制并管理EHS财务和员工个人的预算并进行有效维护；
5.Monitor, track the status and results of all the EHS improvement and corrective actions;
监管并追踪所有EHS改进和完善工作的进展和结果；
6.Provide support to the relevant department with professional EHS knowledge, participate in project assessment;
为相关部门提供关于EHS方面的各种支持并参与项目评估；
7.Works as a consultant to all operations to interpret standards and regulations, help pinpoint safety problems, recommend changes, answer questions, and provide safety related information and support.
为所有运营部门就EHS的标准和政策进行明确的说明和解释，并帮助运营部门解决安全生产中产生的问题，提出合理化整改意见，答疑解惑，同时提供一切和安全生产相关的信息和支持；
8.Coordinate and lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive action develop and follow-up with other responsibilities.
协调并指挥事故调查工作，明确事故原因，提出整改和预防再次发生的意见并跟进其他方便需要负责的事项；
9.Reviews design of guard and safety devices.
检查并评估安保方面的设施情况；
10.Assist with sub-company safety statistics, injury investigation reports and monitors for quality of reports
协助分公司进行安全数据分析，撰写伤害事故调查报告以确保报告水准；
11.Liaise with relevant authorities on EHS matters, such as EPB, Safety Bureau, Hygiene Bureau and Fire Department.
负责和EPB,安全部，卫生部以及消防部门等与EHS相关的部门的联络工作；

JOB REQUIREMENT

1.Degree in Engineering, EHS or related specialization.
具备工程师背景，EHS或与之相关的专业；
2.Proven success in development, implementation and maintenance of Safety programs in China.
具备在中国开发，实施并维护安全程序的成功经验；
3.At least 5-year EHS working experiences and 3-year managerial experiences; ESH working experience in Port, Water or Property are preferred.
至少5年在EHS方面的工作经验，不少于3年经理级别的管理经验。有港口，水务及房地产方面的经验者优先；
4.Excellent EHS Line and or Functional Management experience;
优秀的EHS体系和/或职能部门管理经验；
5.Knowledge of Chinese EHS Legal and regulation.
熟悉中国关于EHS的法律法规；
6.Strong project management skill;
丰富的项目管理经验；
