JOB CONTENT
1.审阅子公司报表
Review Entity’s Financial Report;
2.检查子公司数据录入BPC系统的正确性
Check BPC figure which key in by entities and make sure it is correct;
3.合并月报，并按时提交给集团
Consolidating monthly financial reports of subsidiaries, and submitting to Group Head Office on time;
4.准备管理层报表呈报给集团- 财务明细，管理层报表，预测报表以及房产汇总
Preparing financial and management reports to Group on time including Financial Schedule, GOM and GMC, Management Financial Report, Report of Rolling Forecast and List of Properties;
5.准备季度及年度财务报表并提交给集团
Preparing quarterly and annually accounting reports from subsidiaries, submitting to the Group Head Office on time;
6.协助子公司完成预算的提交
Assist Entities to complete budget and upload to BPC system successfully;
7.合并预算报表并准备上呈给集团报批的文件
Consolidating budget report and prepare presentation document;
8.准备上报集团所需的财务分析报告
Prepare Financial Analysis Report to submit to Group Finance;
9.不断地检查并审视报表工作以达到完善财务报表的目的
Researching, inspecting and summarizing various financial accounting works to continuously improve and refine the financial reporting system;
10.审查子公司上报的准确性与完整性，确保准确一致的上报给集团
Verifying the truthfulness and completeness of accounting information reported by subsidiaries, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of accounting information submitted to Group Head office;

JOB REQUIREMENT
1.本科学士学位 – 会计学专业;
Bachelor of Degree – Major in Accounting;
