Principal Accountabilities:

？ Lead the accountant to do financial statistics and accountings, reports and annual closings;
指导会计完成财务的统计和账目,报表和年度结算等工作
？ keep accounting documents, account books, reports and other archival materials.
保存账单凭证,账单,报表和其他档案材料
？ To effectively dealing with tax issues and ensure compliance with all local tax regulations, lead annual external audit on financial statements.
有效处理税务事宜，确保符合当地税务条例,指导完成年度财务报表的外部审计
？ Be responsible for handling the accounts .

？ Complete the regular reports to the Financial Manager in headquarter.
定期向总部财务经理汇报报表
？ Manage and lead cashier, audit cashier related work.
管理并指导出纳员，审计出纳的相关工作
？ Create smooth communication between finance department and other department.
保持财务部门与其他部门的良好沟通
Qualifications:
？ Accounting, finance, management or other related major, bachelor degree or above, accounting for mid-level titles or above.
会计,财务,管理或其他相关专业,本科或以上学历,会计中级证或以上.
？ Familiar with state finance policy, enterprise finance regulations and procedures, Accountant the computerization, expert in related finance law and all taxations and issues on internet application.
熟悉国家财务政策,企业财务规章流程,会计电算化,熟悉相关财政法律和所有税务政策,以及网络应用问题.
？ Above 3 years working experience accounting supervisor will be preferred.
具备3年以上会计主管工作经验的优先考虑
？ At least 5-8 years experience in accounting/financing is required.

？ Good comprehension of organization, coordination, communication and team work, willing to work under pressure.
