Position Purpose职位目的
该岗位负责日常税款申报，出口退税以及各种政府部门报告的填制与上交并向主管汇报各种涉税工作中出现的问题
This position is responsible for tax declaration,export tax refund and fulfill and submit all kinds of report requested by related government department 。Report problem refer to tax to supervisor

Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
主要职责如下，但并不仅限于此：
1. Ensure tax compliance and fulfill other local authority requirements
确保涉税事项符合法律及当地主管部门规定
2. Make sure all corporate income tax declaration to be done in time and involved into corporate income tax annual audits;
按时申报所有税款和参与年度所得税审计和汇算清缴
3. VAT Input invoice verification
认证进项税发票
4. Tax reconciliation with IFS and tax bureau system
IFS财务系统与税务系统的税额核对工作
5. Set up vat refund system and refund SOP; VAT refund related work
参与口退税系统和流程的建立和完善；处理日常出口退税相关工作
6. Other tax work like business tax, stamp tax，land usage tax, real estate tax
其他涉税工作，如营业税，印花税，土地使用税，房产税等
7. Fulfill other authorities requirement like company annual audit, request from financial department, statistics bureau or tax bureau,etc
上报主管部门要求的报告，例如企业年检，财政部门，统计局，税务局等
8. Maintain good relationship with local tax authority
与当地税务部门保持良好关系
9. Taxation files maintenance and administrations

Qualifications职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，一年以上财务工作经验；
Bachelor degree or above, minimum one year working experience in finance AP.
2、了解国家相关税收政策；
Knowledge of national tax policy
3、良好的计算机应用能力，熟练使用MS办公软件以及数字键计算器；
Good computer skills, proficient in MS office software and ten-key calculator.
4、有ERP相关经验优先
ERP experience is a plus.
5、良好的团队精神和沟通能力，诚实守信
Good communication skills and team work spirit, honest and credible.
6、较强的学习能力及挑战精神
High eager to learn new knowledge and have courage to challenge difficulty
7、有出口退税相关经验优先
VAT refund experience is a plus

Tang Rui Investment Consultancy (Weihai) Co., Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of China Solutions registered in Weihai in 2012. One of the projects we are working in Weihai now is long term management outsourcing for a US Fortune 500 company Greenfield startup forecasted to put into production end of 2013 with a total land space of 100,000 square meters. We are now seeking to hire approximately 100 management and professional staff covering the varied disciplines of production, engineering, quality, purchasing, material, logistics, finance, HR, EHS, facilities, and administration. We also look to hire approximately 1,100 production staff and workers. Upon completion, this plant will be the largest manufacturing base of the industry.
