Position Purpose职位设置目的
该岗位负责记录销售业务和应收账款会计处理工作。
This position is responsible for sales record and accounts receivables accounting.
Principal Accountabilities主要职责
Responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. 监督/协调记账和收账活动；
Supervise/coordinate all activities associated with billing and collecting process.
2. 负责现金申请，对账，退款以及支付缺额和超额；
Maintain cash application, account reconciliation, chargeback, and payment shortages and overages.
3. 相关关联方账务核对；
Reconcile with related companies.
4. 协助进行每周客户信用审核/借款备忘录；
Assist with weekly processing of customer credit/debit memos.
5. 月度AR凭证的装订管理；
Bind and manage monthly AR vouchers.
6. 协助会计经理对每月总账明细账核对；
Assist accounting manager in the reconciliation of monthly general ledger and subsidiary ledger.
7. ERP系统数据的录入和维护。
ERP data entry and maintenance.
Qualifications:职位要求
？ 大专以上学历，财务或者审计类相关专业；
College degree or above, majored in finance or audit or other related.
？ 两年以上大型制造企业财务经验，至少一年AR方面工作经验；
Minimum two years working experience of finance in large manufacturing enterprise, with at least one year working experience in AR.
？ 熟悉国家各项财务制度、会计准则；
Familiar with various national financial systems and accounting standards.
？ 熟练使用MS办公软件
Familiar with MS office software.
？ 有ERP相关经验
ERP experience is required.
？ 良好的团队精神和沟通能力，诚实守信，较强的工作责任感。
