职位描述
Job Purpose:职位设置目的
1. Coordination and preparation of budgets, forecasts, month-end reporting and analysis,
2. Operational and management reporting,
3. Business analytics, trend analysis, and ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making for new and existing initiatives.
4. The Financial Analyst supervisor will support finance leadership in preparing and reviewing a variety of complex financial data;
5. will maintain and update various financial analysis, models and forecasts.
Responsibilities:主要职责
1. Coordination and preparation of annual budgets,quarterly forecasts, month-end reporting and analysis
2. Financial Analysis – Present analyses that identify, evaluate, and communicate business results, trends, and outlooks.
3. Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to various levels of management.
4. Support the preparation of analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for monthly business review meetings including both financial results and business initiatives.
5. Project Support and Ad Hoc Requests – Develop, prepare and summarize ad hoc financial and business analytics on numerous new revenue and cost-saving initiatives, return on investment analyses and other projects as assigned
6. Financial Reporting – Prepare, analyze and summarize various weekly monthly and periodic reporting and analysis for use by executive management including the following:
o Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results.
o Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending actions.
Desired Skills and Experience

? Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or Science or related field.
财务或其他相关专业本科学历
? Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry of a sizeable manufacturing plant

? Demonstrated understanding of business operations including ability to analyze and perform root cause analysis on business trends and detailed data;
