职位描述
Responsibilities:
Ensures that all purchased products can be delivered to destination on time and according to all quality and approval standards
-Continuous follow up of orders to ensure timely delivery to stores (approval process, fabric testing follow up, production planning with factory, etc)
-Order Writing and Order Tracking
-Assist Buyers with preparation of commercial figures, visual merchandising guidelines, sample administration process
-Extracts relevant commercial figures according to specific requests
-Maintenance of supplier information and support supplier development process
-Organization of Buying Area
--Determine correct garment specification, quality, styling and fitting and sample approval.
--Management of timelines regarding sample development, order placement and garment delivery.
Profile:
--Bachelor degree with at least 3 years relative working experience
--Dynamic with good communication skill, good team player.
--Good Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Photoshop, etc)
--Team-player and self-motivated
--Fluent in English and Mandarin; be required to travel occasionally.
