Location: 浦电路
Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor the supplier processes and process controls to ensure product quality and reliability.
Establish conclusive and clear regular reporting of in-process and final inspection and test results.
Be the technical contact for supplier regarding process control, quality assurance and change management.
Perform active supplier management regarding corrective and preventive action request and continuous improvement with focus on product quality assurance and delivery reliability.
Make sure corrective actions will be implemented by supplier effectively and in time.
Support and perform pre-shipment inspections.
Requirements:
University degree.
5 years work experience in quality management, at least 2 years work experience in PV module technology or production.
Relevant experience in the field of renewable energies.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English language are mandatory.
Be proactive, self-disciplined, sensitive and full of enthusiasm.
Excellent analytical and statistical problem solving skills.
Be professional on quality management methods like PFMEA, 8D problem solving, production control plan, yield management, SPC, GR&R.
Be able and willing to travel and especially stay at supplier site for time periods as required for HQ business.
