Responsibilities:
The position is to lead the R&D team to develop products that meet the requirement of local customers/markets. The candidate should understand very well what customer require and convert the requirement to specific technical specification. The development work should meet the timeline agreed. The candidate should understand very well policy on raw material management. The candidate should have good leadership skill and communication skill.
Requires:
1. Master degree with 5 years in paint industry, bachelor degree with 8-10 years in paint industry.
2. R&D background.
3. Prefer OEM; Refinish; Industry; PMC research experience.
4. Managing skill
5. Fluent English skill
6. Result orientated
