职位描述
Location: 漕河泾
Responsibilities:
Product & range
？ Define new product programmes together with PGM and implementation plan.
？ Define product line positioning together with PGM.
？ Define product specification. Liaise with Technical department regarding technical spec, feeding in requirement for market positioning.
？ Product life cycle management policy. Implement product policy for range in Asia.
？ Regular review of range; from gap analysis against vehicle parc and competitor comparisons to cleanliness of the range
？ Monitor customer requirements and competitor moves, regular benchmarking.
？ Implement PGM defined processes.
Sourcing
？ Define sourcing strategy for each product category and implement.
？ Sourcing studies to maintain best in class sourcing at world class cost prices.
？ Supplier identification.
？ Support Product Controller with commercial negotiations with suppliers as and when required.
？ Annual planning of volumes.
？ Long term capacity securing with supplier.
？ Get cost plausibility knowledge per product level.
？ Ownership of NPI process including loading the systems and the gathering of necessary data.
？ Set up supplier contracts and ongoing management of these contracts.
Communication
？ Create sales argumentation and product differentials with support of PGMM. Liaise with sales/channel marketing across Europe to train them on features and benefits for the customers and over our competitors. Create marcomms materials in support of this requirement.
？ Liaison with ABU sales teams.
？ Undertake Key customer presentations.
？ Feedback market requirements, and modify product offering as appropriate.
Plan
？ Consolidate and validate Asian forecasts.
？ The job holder will expected to spend a minimum of 5 working days per month on field visits.
？ Develop product marketing plan, including sales, Gross Margin, volume, market size and share.
？ Define product project plans, ownership and ensure on time delivery, especially regarding range extensions. Co-ordinate Asian launches.
？ Create product Business Plan in line with company planning requirements.
？ Competitor analysis on an ongoing basis.
？ Monitor the market and react or make reaction proposals accordingly to improve profitability.
Financials
？ Monthly monitoring of key financial metrics and co-ordinate actions between departments where recovery needed or opportunities are presented.
？ Responsibility for Product Line Sales, Gross Margin & MPBT in Asia against OP and optimise.
Other. QMS & EMS Administration
？ In addition to product marketing the QMS and EMS administration responsibilities are included within this role.
？ Departmental aims for QMS and EMS must be renewed and circulated within the department with the cooperation of department head.
？ Certifications in regard to QMS and EMS must be obtained from all suppliers. If certifications are not available this must also be recorded and HQ designed questionnaires to be fill out. This information must be entered into the supplier matrix and updated regularly. All Certifications should be filed in an orderly manner , available for the department when necessary. This information / progress must be measured quarterly for audit purposes.
？ All process, flowcharts and diagrams must be drafted in current layout with the cooperation of the quality department and circulate to the relevant staff.
Requirements:
University degree.
Commercial and technical understanding.
Experience in using PC-Software (calculation, database, presentation, text, MS Office).
Good communication skills.
Potential in foreign languages, min. fluently English.
5-10 years experience in Asian/international marketing.
Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket business.
Excellent team management skills needed.
