This position assists Marketing Manager to assure top brand awareness of premium brands in target market segments. To achieve this target, he/she should initiatively utilize all marketing tools through but not limited by below key responsibilities:

PLANNING AND PERFORMANCE

?Produce and update an annual branding plan that is aligned to the marketing strategy and ensure it is delivered on time in full;
?Monitoring market trends, formulate practical plans, including but not limited by promotional activities, competition movement and report significant business activity to Marketing Manager on a monthly basis, in required format;
?Ensure accurate and timely marketing research to support market strategy planning and/or modification;
?Develop effective marketing POSM pool;
?Develop, introduce, implement and review all marketing programs to ensure best outcome which should be in accordance with marketing strategy;
?Working on product commercialization project by assignment
?Control spending of responsible activities to be within agreed A&P budget.


PEOPLE, COMMUNICTION AND DEVELOPMENT

?Act as center coordinator of all branding marketing activities externally and internally to maintain our leading brand image in industry;
?Ensure effective communication externally and internally.
?To lead the branding/marketing service team, 1~2 direct report depend on candidates qualification


Requires:

?5 years+ marketing experience with proven focus in branding & event marketing;
?Bachelor degree with business/marketing related major;
?Extensive MNC working experience;
?Experience in car after-sales market preferred;
?High level PC and presentation skill;
?Fluent in both English & Mandarin;
?Result-driven, Strategic and analytical thinking, innovative & self-motivated;
?Work independently yet in a team, able and willing to work under pressure;
?High level communication skill, a good planner while be flexible in dynamic market environment
?Able to work under pressure and within limited time, travel required
